These terms govern your use of pragmaticatech.org. They are not the terms of a consultancy engagement — that is always a separate written contract.

2. Information on this site is general
The content here describes the kinds of work we do and how we do it. It is general information, not professional advice, and it is not tailored to any organisation's circumstances. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything on this website alone.
3. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. Company details published here reflect our filings at Companies House; the public register is the authoritative source. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, layout, code, graphics, the Pragmatica Tech name and mark — is owned by or licensed to Pragmatica Tech Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided all proprietary notices are kept intact. You may not republish, sell, adapt, systematically extract or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the site, or use our name or mark, without our prior written permission. Quotation of short extracts with clear attribution and a link is permitted.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or for any harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host or any connected system;
- introduce malware or any other technically harmful material;
- impose an unreasonable load on the infrastructure, including by automated scraping that disrupts service;
- misrepresent an affiliation with Pragmatica Tech Ltd, or use our name or mark in a way likely to cause confusion.
6. Linking
You may link to our home page in a fair and lawful way that does not imply an endorsement or association that does not exist. Framing our pages within another site, or presenting them as another party's content, is not permitted.
Where we link out — for example to the Companies House register or the ICO — we do so for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of external sites.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pragmatica Tech Ltd excludes all conditions, warranties and representations relating to this website, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Liability arising from a consultancy engagement is governed by that engagement's own contract, not by these terms.

Personal data is handled as set out in our privacy notice. This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking; see the cookie notice for detail.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, dated above, and it applies to your use of the site from the moment it is posted. Please check back when you use the site again.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, save that a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom retains any right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
